A Stranger on the Beach had me hooked almost immediately. I thought I knew where this story was going more than once...and I was wrong every single time. I love a thriller that keeps me guessing, and this one definitely delivered.

What I enjoyed most was not knowing who to trust. Every character seemed to be hiding something, and every new chapter made me question what I thought I knew. I kept changing my mind about who was telling the truth, which made it really hard to put the book down.

The beach setting was another thing I loved. It has that beautiful, relaxing vacation vibe on the surface, but underneath there's this constant feeling that something is about to go terribly wrong. It added so much tension to the story without feeling over the top.

The pacing kept me turning the pages, especially in the second half when everything started coming together. There were a few twists I didn't see coming, and I always appreciate a book that can still surprise me.
