Looking for Love in All the Haunted Places was such a weirdly charming read in the best possible way. I went into it expecting a cute paranormal romance, but it ended up being much more heartfelt and emotional than I anticipated.

Lucky was really easy to root for. She’s awkward, funny, obsessed with ghosts, and honestly just trying to figure out where she belongs. I loved that she felt like a real person instead of a perfect rom-com main character. The romance was sweet and had that slow, comfortable chemistry that grows naturally over time instead of feeling rushed.

And honestly? The haunted house completely stole the show for me. Hennessee House somehow manages to feel creepy, cozy, emotional, and chaotic all at once. The paranormal side of the story was fun without being super scary, which made the whole book feel kind of cozy-spooky.

What I liked most was how different the story felt overall. It mixes romance, ghost hunting, found family, and self-discovery in a way that shouldn’t work together as well as it does, but somehow it really does. It’s quirky, heartfelt, and just a genuinely fun read if you want something a little unusual with a lot of heart.
