The Witch

Give me witches, creepy secrets, and people who may or may not be completely off their rockers, and I'm all in!

This was a fun, quick little read that had me questioning everything. There was just enough creepiness to keep things interesting, and of course, that feeling that something wasn't quite right. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop because, well, it's Freida McFadden. You just know something is coming!

Now, I wouldn't say this one scared the socks off me. I actually wanted it to be a little darker, a little more disturbing, and maybe just a tad more twisted. But that's probably just me and my love for all things creepy!

Was it a masterpiece? Nope. Did I enjoy it? Absolutely! Sometimes you just need a short, slightly wicked story that doesn't require a whole lot of thinking.

A fun little spooky-season read with a touch of witchy weirdness. Just don't go trusting everyone you meet. Especially if they're acting a little too innocent!
