The Little Old Lady Behaving Badly is another fun and slightly ridiculous adventure with Martha and her group of mischievous senior friends. Instead of quietly enjoying retirement, they somehow keep finding themselves in trouble—usually because they’re trying to “fix” something, only for it to spiral into complete chaos.

The humor is really the heart of the book. The characters are bold, stubborn, and surprisingly crafty, making it pretty entertaining to watch their latest scheme unfold. There are plenty of moments where you just have to laugh at how outrageous things get.

It’s a light, quick read that doesn’t take itself too seriously. If you enjoy stories about older characters causing a little trouble and having fun doing it, this one is definitely a good time.
