Wicked Like A Wildfire is a journey through
one's senses. I have a difficult time leaving a review of this book, I did enjoy the book, yet it wasn’t quite what I expected. The descriptive writing was amazing, I wanted to see what the girls smelled, what the girls were experiencing, and this book took me right to those places. The writing style is unique to me, so I enjoyed being able to smell what was being baked, etc. This book looks at women, how they can have everything then suddenly lose everything. This book explores a mother’s love for her children, and a woman’s love for a man. It takes you on a journey of “forbidden” talent to unearthing clues as to what happen to the twin’s mother. It also asks the familiar question “to what extent are you willing to go to discover the truth”. The book starts a little slow but does pick up…only problem I had, this is book 1.
