Candy Apple Kisses

This book was just plain adorable! Candy Apple Kisses gave me all those cozy, sweet, feel-good vibes that make you want to curl up with a blanket, grab something sugary, and forget about the real world for a while.

I really enjoyed the characters and the easygoing romance. It’s sweet without being too sweet, with enough little bumps along the way to keep things interesting. There’s something comforting about Amy Clipston’s writing—it feels like spending time in a small town where everybody knows everybody…and probably knows your business before you do. 😂

Was it completely predictable? Maybe a little. Did I care? Nope! Sometimes I WANT to know I’m heading toward a happy ending. Give me the romance, the cozy moments, the fall atmosphere, and apparently a candy apple because this book seriously made me want one. 🍎

A cute, lighthearted read that was exactly the kind of palate cleanser I needed between my darker, murdery books. Because apparently I occasionally need romance between all the bodies. 😂🔪📚
