Dead Witch On A Bridge

Dead Witch on a Bridge was a really fun read. If you like cozy mysteries with a magical twist, this one definitely delivers. Between the witches, fae, demons, and plenty of secrets, there was always something happening to keep me turning the pages.

I really liked Alma. She's not a perfect heroine, and that's what made her so easy to connect with. She's trying to figure out her place in the magical world while getting pulled into a murder investigation, and I enjoyed watching her confidence grow along the way. The supporting characters were just as entertaining, and I loved getting to know the quirky little town and all its magical residents.

The mystery kept me guessing for most of the book, and I liked that it mixed humor with a little danger without ever getting too dark. The beginning is a bit slower as it introduces the world and all the different magical creatures, but once everything is in place, the story really takes off.

Overall, this was an enjoyable start to the series. It's cozy, magical, and has just the right amount of mystery to make you want to keep reading. I'll definitely be picking up the next book to see what trouble Alma gets into next.
